Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or received in a faulty condition.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is missing parts or accessories.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, manuals, and original packaging intact.

Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories.

  • Products marked as Non-Returnable on the product page.

  • Gift cards, digital products, or downloadable items (if applicable).

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Share your Order Number, the reason for the return, and clear photos or videos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

  4. If approved, return pickup instructions will be provided. In locations where pickup is unavailable, you may be requested to ship the product to the address provided by our support team.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags.

  • Be securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.

Nextchoice reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the inspection is completed.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another agreed payment method after collecting the required bank details.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return if the product qualifies under this policy.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time:

  • Check your bank account or payment method again.

  • Contact your bank or payment service provider, as processing times may vary.
